Dwayne Groome's Productivity Challenge was entirely fantastic and a great value. As a newer agent Dwayne armed me with tools that allow me to take my career to a higher level, and interestingly enough these tools apply to all aspects of life, not just real estate.
The format of the course is great as well allowing you to implement new tools learned week by week, it is true you need a strong base and this course helps you build that much, much more so than the standard "weekend training" courses do.

These 8 weeks were an eye opener, a push that I needed since a long time. Today after 8 weeks I have 7 listings and about 10 warm listing prospects. For the first time in my 6 years of career I am signing buyers agency and treating them as a listing. Today I am confident of my listing presentations and the objection handling techniques. This is the second time I have participated in Dwayne Groome's Real Estate Sales Training course.
The first time was in the spring of 2018 and the second was in the spring of 2019
Although I have over 30 years of being active in the real estate industry, every week that I attended class, I learned not just one or two new tips and techniques and ideas - but numerous tips and techniques and ideas - and they work......
For example on a listing appointment, with whole family who wanted to list the property $15,000 higher than market - I looked at 5 pairs of eyes and said "No"...they said "OK...we just had to ask...."
On a current listing I was able to: extend the listing, increase the commissions and reduce the price...all at once and because I asked...
A "Pre-List" brochure has been implemented as well as a "Referral" brochure for both fellow realtors and consumers...
The 8 Keys to Success; the Prospecting Track; the Fair Trade items; the Listing Presentation; the Buyer Presentation...all of these guarantee your success...when you use them and believe in the system.
I am so very grateful to have been introduced to Dwayne and his systems and training. They have made me a better Realtor as well as a better person.
